Fruit and Nut Slaw
I recently searched my recipe file to find something new and different. Instead, I found a recipe I haven’t used in ages, but since it was marked, “Super!” I figured it would be worthwhile to try again. Yes, I do vaguely remember that it was very tasty! This recipe is easily adaptable for various fruits. I have made it with grapes and walnuts instead of the blueberries and pecans, and it was still delicious. I am not that fond of bleu cheese, so I use feta cheese instead.
